These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the jillif platform — jillif.vip — and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jillif. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use jillif. We verify age at registration and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts created by minors will be closed and winnings voided.
Each player may hold only one active jillif account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and possible restriction from future registration.
All jillif games use certified RNG technology. The platform operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory standards. Any manipulation, exploitation of software errors, or collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
All funds deposited to jillif must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Chargebacks and fraudulent payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. jillif reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending identity verification.
All jillif bonuses, cashback offers, and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Attempting to exploit bonuses through duplicate accounts or artificial wagering patterns will result in bonus cancellation.
jillif provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Players who self-exclude cannot circumvent exclusion by registering a new account. Responsible gaming is a shared obligation between jillif and each player on the platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jillif. By completing the registration process and creating an Account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.
2.2 These Terms are incorporated by reference from all pages of the Platform and govern all use of jillif services, including game play, wallet transactions, participation in promotions, and communications with support.
2.3 jillif may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via your registered email address or via a platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 In addition to these Terms, specific rules may apply to individual games, promotions, or features on the Platform. Those supplemental rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference and apply alongside them.
3.1 To use the jillif Platform, you must register for an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on jillif. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jillif reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein where duplicate accounts are detected.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Any change in your details — including contact number, email address, or residential address — must be updated promptly via your Account settings or by contacting support.
3.4 jillif reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its discretion, including where a player is located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming is restricted or prohibited.
3.5 Players from certain jurisdictions may be restricted from registering on jillif. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
4.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an Account and to use any gaming, betting, or wagering feature on the jillif Platform. This age requirement is in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
4.2 By registering, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. jillif may request documentary proof of age at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine KYC review. Acceptable documentation includes a valid government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys national ID.
4.3 Where jillif suspects that an Account is held by a minor, the Account will be suspended immediately pending verification. If it is established that a minor has registered, the Account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned to the payment source, and any winnings generated will be voided.
4.4 jillif takes the protection of minors seriously and employs age verification controls at registration. We encourage all adult account holders to ensure that minors in their household do not have access to their jillif Account credentials.
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party.
5.2 jillif will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jillif that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
5.3 You must notify jillif immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, believe your credentials have been compromised, or notice any transactions or activity on your Account that you did not initiate.
5.4 jillif shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, subject to applicable law.
5.5 jillif may implement additional security measures — including requiring re-authentication, OTP verification, or temporary account holds — where suspicious login activity is detected on your Account.
6.1 All deposits to your jillif Wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
6.2 All funds deposited to jillif must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from third parties into your Wallet, is prohibited.
6.3 jillif does not accept cash deposits. All transactions must be conducted through the supported electronic payment channels listed on the Platform.
6.4 Chargebacks. Initiating a payment chargeback, reversal, or dispute through your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your jillif Wallet — or have been used in gaming activity — constitutes a breach of these Terms. jillif reserves the right to suspend your Account and recover any amounts subject to fraudulent chargeback claims through legal means.
6.5 Deposits credited to your Wallet via instant payment methods (GCash, PayMaya) are reflected within seconds of transaction completion on the payment provider's side. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours to appear, subject to the processing schedules of BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the Wallet section of your Account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the request.
7.2 KYC Verification. jillif is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit identity documents (government-issued ID), proof of address, and in certain cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of your withdrawal request.
7.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where practicable, to the same method used for your most recent deposit. jillif does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
7.4 jillif reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain amounts. Processing times vary by payment method and may be extended where additional verification is required.
7.5 Withdrawal requests in respect of funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements (whether derived from bonuses or subject to other conditions) will not be approved until those requirements are fulfilled.
7.6 In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, jillif may place a hold on a withdrawal request pending investigation. jillif will notify you of any such hold and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.
8.1 jillif offers bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. The specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play — are communicated at the time each offer is made and form part of these Terms.
8.2 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred to another player. Where jillif determines that a bonus has been claimed through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, artificial wagering, or any other abusive method, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the Account(s) involved may be closed.
8.3 jillif reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of systematic exploitation. Material changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players.
8.4 Depositing solely to claim a bonus with no genuine intention of gaming constitutes bonus abuse. jillif may apply risk controls — including withdrawal restrictions — where this pattern is identified.
9.1 Each game on the jillif Platform operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of each game before placing a bet. jillif does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
9.2 All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game events (card dealing, roulette spin, dice throw) conducted by trained dealers in a live studio environment. Game results are final once a round is completed.
9.3 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round will be treated according to the relevant game provider's error resolution policy. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical failure, bets placed in that round will be voided and stakes returned.
9.4 jillif reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including at incorrect odds or as a result of a software error — and to correct obvious errors in game payouts. Where a void or correction is applied, the affected stake will be returned to your Wallet.
9.5 jillif may impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any game at any time. Current limits are displayed within each game or in the relevant game lobby.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillif Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

11.3 jillif staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour and may contact affected players with information about support resources. In some cases, jillif may impose responsible gaming measures on an Account without player request where serious concern is identified.
12.1 All content on the jillif Platform — including but not limited to the jillif brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the property of jillif or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
12.3 Game software and content provided by third-party studios on the jillif Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to jillif for display. Your use of those games is subject to both these Terms and the applicable studio's end-user terms.
13.1 jillif provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillif makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.
13.2 jillif shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or losses arising from technical failures, disconnections, or third-party service interruptions.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jillif's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.4 jillif's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.1 Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a closure request through jillif support. Prior to closure, any remaining Wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements. Balances below the minimum withdrawal amount may be subject to a processing fee.
14.2 Closure by jillif. jillif reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time — with or without notice — where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) jillif is required to do so by regulatory or legal obligation; (c) fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected; or (d) the Account presents an unacceptable risk as determined by jillif at its reasonable discretion.
14.3 Where an Account is closed by jillif due to a breach of these Terms, any Wallet balance may be forfeited in full. Where closure is for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to player breach, any balance above the minimum withdrawal amount will be returned.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact jillif support in the first instance. jillif aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with jillif support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for gaming disputes in the Philippines.
15.4 Any unresolved dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
16.1 jillif reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notification on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
16.2 Where changes are required by law, regulation, or court order, they may take effect immediately without prior notice. In all other cases, changes will take effect no sooner than 14 days after notification.
16.3 If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
